Filed taxes electronically

for the first time, yesterday.

I'd always thought the $15 fee was a ripoff. But this year, it was cheaper and faster than getting my printer fixed or slogging over to Kinkos.

Worked just fine.

This was my second year to file electronically. I did so last year because my accountant recommended it, and this year, I did it because it seemed fast and easy. Fifteen bucks DOES seem a bit excessive, though. I don't like that.
